Who Had The Performance Of The Year In 2025?

As 2025 comes to a close we thought that we would take a look back at some of the top performances of the year from our high school athletes.  In this article we will give a brief description of our top performances from the past year in Caribou County sports.  Then after you have had a chance to look back on these performances you can go to our facebook page, Idaho Enterprise Caribou County and vote on which was your favorite.  Voting will be brief and conclude on January 4th.  Following the voting we will have a more indepth look at the winners performance in next week’s edition of the paper.

This year’s selections are a mix of state champions and great team victories.  Not every performance had a championship on the line or resulted in a top finish but every one had its own level of excitement and entertainment.  As we looked back over the year we looked at impressive victories by both individuals and teams.  We sought out those games or performances that were thrilling and impressive whether it was due to what those victories accomplished or who their competitors were.  Although we did our best to come up with a balanced group of nominees it just so happened that most of the top performances came from our local male athletes this year.  In fact we only have one female nominated this year while there are seven males or boys teams nominated.  We will not drag this out any further so here are our nominees for performance of the year.
