Baskets For Brielle—GHS Raffle
Grizzlies Cheer spoke to the Soda v. Grace game at halftime about Brielle Bird. The QR Code links to a donation site.
At the Grace and Soda rivalry game, the Cheer team informed the crowd about a project to raise money for Brielle Bird. As the group stated “Brielle is a seven year old from Malad. She is the oldest of two younger siblings, with another on the way! When she was four, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma. Brielle underwent treatments for two years and was almost two years in remission when she relapsed on January 17 of this year. Her cancer has spread throughout her body again. We want to support her and her family as they go through this fight again!”
“We will be drawing the raffle tickets for five baskets with local donations and items ranging from blankets to gift cards on February 10, 2024 at the last boys basketball game. You are not required to attend to win. Tickets are $10 each.
Additionally, a benefit auction will also be held at the Oneida County Event Center in Malad. Dinner will be from 5-8 p.m., with a Live Auction starting at 7. To donate items to that raffle, call Malad Elementary at 208-497-5220 or Nicole Daniels at 208-766-3203.
