Both the boys and girls wrestling teams had a busy week as they traveled to multiple meets. Things got rolling when the boys traveled to Valley on Tuesday where the Grizzlies would take on the Vikings and the West Side Pirates. Grace came up short on team points against West Side but several wrestlers were successful. 98-Younger (fall) 113-Kimball (for) 160-Balczewski (fall) 182-Cutler (fall) 195-Robbins(for) 98-Newby (fall) exhibition.

The Grizzlies were able to take care of business against the Vikings as nearly every Grace wrestler was able to contribute to the team score. 98-Younger (for) 106-Newby (for) 113-Kimball (for) 120-Hobbs (fall) 170-Cutler (fall) 182-Robbins (fall)

Next the Grizzlies would travel to Declo on Wednesday to take on the Hornets and the Glenns Ferry Pilots. The Hornets' greater numbers helped them secure the win over the Grizzlies but the Grizzly men had a good showing in contested matches. 98-Younger (decision) 113-Kimball (fall) 138-Eddins (fall) 152-Jorgensen (fall) 170-Cutler (fall) 113-Lunt (fall) exhibition.

The Grizzlies had a dominant showing against the Pilots as they would only allow one opponent to score points in contested matches. 98-Younger (for) 106-Newby (for) 113-Kimball (decision) 145-Eddins (fall) 152-Jorgensen (fall) 160-Balczewski (for) 170-Cutler (fall) 182-Robbins (for)

Also competing on Wednesday were the girls as they attended the district duals in Malad. The Lady Grizzlies had a great showing throughout the day. Here are the results of the day. It was now the boys' turn to attend district duals. The Grizzlies got an early start to make the trip to Malad on Friday. Several Grizzly men had a good showing at the duals. With districts right around the corner the Grizzlies will have a slower week. The next opportunity to see the Grizz will be at home on Friday the 9th.  They will host duals with North Fremont, Ririe, and Soda Springs. This will also be senior night for the Grizzly’s lone senior Wyatt Cutler. Come out and support the Grizzlies one last time before they head to districts,
